Weekly Care Packs

Every week we do care packs for the people in the Community; this week consisted of plenty of sweet treats including Lamingtons, Yogurt and homemade Caramel Slices. Our items stayed safe held in our United Hands of Hope bags sealed with our new Hope Stickers.
