Saving Lives • Protecting Dignity • Building Resilient Communities

The Humanitarian Department of UHOH focuses on providing rapid emergency assistance and long-term support to populations affected by crises resulting from natural disasters, conflict, poverty, displacement, disease outbreaks, social instability, and other humanitarian emergencies. At UHOH, we believe every person deserves dignity, protection, health, and hope regardless of their circumstances.

The Challenges We Address

Millions of vulnerable people across Africa continue to face:

  • Poverty and food insecurity
  • Armed conflicts and displacement

  • Weak healthcare and educational systems
  • Gender-based violence and child vulnerability
  • Limited access to clean water and sanitation
  • Climate and environmental crises

Women, children, displaced persons, and people living with disabilities are often the most affected.
