Protecting Children. Supporting Miners. Restoring Hope.

UNITED HANDS OF HOPE (UHOH) is an international humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the health, safety, and living conditions of mining communities, with a special focus on combating child labour and protecting vulnerable children.

In many mining regions, poverty, unsafe working conditions, limited healthcare, environmental degradation, and lack of educational opportunities expose miners and their families to severe hardship. Children are often forced into dangerous labour, exposed to toxic substances, deprived of education, and trapped in cycles of poverty and vulnerability.

At UHOH, we believe that no child should lose their future in a mine and that every miner deserves dignity, protection,
and access to essential services.

We support underserved mining communities through:

  • Mobile medical outreach

To reduce dependence on child labour, we promote:

We advocate for safer and healthier mining environments through:

  • Hygiene and sanitation initiatives
